WooCommerce – MasterCard Payment Gateway Services

The ‘Hosted Checkout’ model enables you to gather payment details from your payer through an interface hosted and presented by the Mastercard Payment Gateway. With this integration model, you do not directly view or manage payment details since they are collected by the hosted payment interface and transmitted directly from the payer’s browser to the Mastercard Payment Gateway.

If ‘Hosted Checkout’ is integrated and enabled for the Mastercard Payment Gateway module, when the user enters their card details on the pop-up and submits the order, the funds will be deducted from the user’s account. Upon successful authorization of the entered card details, the funds will be automatically transferred to the merchant/seller’s account. It may take some time for the funds to be credited, but the process is automatic.

• Checkout Interaction: For the Checkout Interaction, you have the option to select either “Redirect to Payment Page” or “Embedded” from the dropdown menu. This field will only be displayed if you have chosen the Integration Model as Hosted Checkout.
