FAQ
Answers to Your Frequently Asked Questions
For my Simplify plugin, I tested sandbox mode and everything went well. Now, when I want to test the live keys and proceed to checkout, the “Pay Now” popup shows an error: “An error has occurred. The redirect URL must be a valid endpoint on your website.”
This error typically suggests that the Partner Portal website URL is improperly configured in your Simplify account. To rectify this issue, it’s essential to ensure that the Partner Portal website URL matches your website URL and is updated accordingly in your Simplify account. If you encounter difficulties updating this field, we advise reaching out to Simplify Bank support for assistance in updating these settings. Additionally, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the Simplify module.
